If your raw material is very soft with small capacity you can chose flat die pellet machine which will be more cheaper.
If your raw material is hard with all kinds of biomass you can chose vertical ring die pellet machine which can be used for all kinds of biomass pellet machine.
If your raw material is soft and want to press out with feed pellets,you can chose horizontal ring die pellet machine.
TONY pellet machine can be used for various of raw materials,you can just change the ring die to reach this function.
As different customer has different raw materials, the ring die has to be customized according to customer needs.So production time will be about 15-25days.
The finished pellets diamater can be 6-12mm by changing different hole size ring die,and length will be 1-6cm which can be adjustable by the cutting knife.
