Hello everyone. Today, I'd like to introduce a wood chip pellet production line with an hourly output of 0.8 - 1.2 tons installed by TONY for a customer.

The customer ordered one TYJ-450 pellet machine from us, which has a power of 55kw. The customer's material is old wood with a moisture content of approximately 40%. The main processing steps include crushing, grinding, drying, and pelletizing.

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive crusher to grind the wooden pallets into wood chips with a size of 35mm-45mm.

2. Grinding Process: The 35mm-45mm wood chips are ground into sawdust with a size of 10mm-14mm through a high - efficiency grinder.

3. Granulation Process: Through the pellet machine, the sawdust is physically extruded into rod - shaped pellets.

4. Packaging Process: The finished pellets are conveyed to an 80m³ simple cooler, which was built and welded locally by the buyer. Under the simple cooler, there is a small pellet packaging machine that can pack 15-50 kilograms of pellets per bag.
