Hello everyone,  today we introduce a complete production line of 3-4 tons of Wet timber pellets per hour that TONY has installed for the  customer.

The raw material of the customer is wet timber, the moisture is about 40%,  the customer ordered one of our TYJ-850 pellet machine,  the power of the pellet machine is 220kw, the main processing process:  crushing, fine crushing, drying, pelleting, cooling, packaging process

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive chipper to grind the wet wood into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips

2. Fine Crushing Process: The wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

3. Drying Process:  Use the  rotary drum dryer to dry the wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm,  and dry the sawdust moisture to about 10-15% to meet the requirements of pellet machine.

4. Pelleting Process: Use TONY pellet machine TYJ-850 to physically extrudate dry sawdust into 6-8mm rod-like particles

5. Cooling Process:  The temperature of the wood particles just finished is high,  and the cooling separator is needed to cool the particles and reduce the temperature to about 15-30 ° C

6. Packaging Process:  The cooled particles pass through the semi-automatic packaging machine, which can pack 15 to 50 kg of pellets per bag
