The raw material of the customer is wet wood, the moisture is about 30-40%, the customer ordered our 5 sets of TYJ-850 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 220kw, the main processing process: crushing, fine crushing, drying, pelleting process

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive chipper --model TPC1600 to grind the wet wood into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips. 2. Fine Crushing Process: Through the dual shaft hammer mill - model TFS65-100, the wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm 3. Drying Process: The requirement of wood dust moisture for pelleting is 10%-15%, so it is necessary to use TONY sawdust rotary drum dryer to dry the sawdust with a water content of about 30-40% to a dry sawdust with a water content of 10-15%. Because the customer pellet output is relatively large,This production line designs two dryers for customers to meet the production demand. 4. Pelleting Process: Through 5 sets of TYJ-850 pellet machine, dry sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellets.This is the most critical step in the processing of biomass pellets. |
