Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 40-45 tons of wet sawdust pellet per hour installed by TONY for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is wet sawdust, the moisture is about 45%. The customer ordered us 10 sets of TYJ-860 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 250kw, and 4 sets of large sawdust rotary drum dryer ,The main processing process is: drying, pelleting, cooling and packing.

1 Drying Process: Through the large rotary drum dryer, the wet sawdust with a moisture content of about 45% is dried into about 10-15% dry sawdust to meet the requirements of granulation

3. Pelleting Process: Through the pellet machine -TYJ860-II model, the dry sawdust is extruded into 6-8mm rod pellets

4 Cooling Process: Automatic cooling, automatic air cooling through the cooler separator to cool the pellet temperature

5. Packing Process: the cooled pellets are transported to the ton Packing Machine, and each bag can pack 1 ton of particles
