Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 30-35 tons of wood pellets per hour that TONY has installed for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is wet wood chips, the moisture is about 45%, the customer ordered our 10 sets of TYJ-860 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 220kw, 4 sets  sawdust rotary drum dryer dryer, 2 sets dual shaft hammer mill, the main processing process: crushing,pelleting, cooling, packing process 

1 Crushing Process: Through the dual shaft hammer mill-TFS65*100 model, the wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

2. Drying Process: Dry the wet sawdust with a water content of about 40% into 10-15% dry sawdust by rotary drum dryer

3.Pelleting Process: The dry sawdust of TYJ860-II model is extruded into rod-like particles by the Pellet machine

4 Cooling Process: Automatic cooling, through the Cooling separator to cool the particle temperature

5. Packing Process: Customers use automated ton packing machine, each bag can pack 1 ton of pellets
