Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 60-70 tons of wet wood pellets per hour that TONY has installed for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is wet wood, the moisture is about 45%, the customer ordered our 16 sets of TYJ-860 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 280kw, 2 sets comprehensive chipper,4 sets effective hammer mill,4 sets three-layer rotary drum dryer ,4 sets large coolers,4 sets ton packing machines, the main processing process: crushing,fine crushing, drying, pelleting, cooling, packing

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive chipper -TPC1850, grinding wood log into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips

2. Fine  Crushing Process:Through the effective hammer mill - model TFD1600, the wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

3. Drying Process:Through the large three-layer rotary drum dryer,  the wet sawdust with water content of 30-40% is dried to about 10-15% dry sawdust. This production line designs 4 sets three-layer dryers for customers to meet the production demand

4. Pelleting Process: Dry sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellets by TYJ-860 pellet machine.

5.Cooling Process:Automatic cooling, automatic air cooling through the cooler separator to cool the pellet temperature

6. Packing Process: The cooled pellets are transported to the ton packing machine, and each bag can pack 1 ton of pellets
