Hello, everyone. Today, I'd like to introduce a complete wooden pallet pellet production line with an hourly output of 2 - 2.5 tons installed by TONY for a customer.

The customer uses wooden pallets as raw materials, with a moisture content of around 20%. The customer has ordered one TYJ-551 pellet machine from us, and this pellet machine has a power of 132 kW. The main processing procedures are as follows: crushing, grinding, granulating, and packaging.

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive crusher to grind the wooden pallets into wood chips sized between 35mm and 45mm.

2. Grinding Process: The 35 - 45mm wood chips are ground into sawdust with a size range of 10-14mm by a high-efficiency grinder.

3. Granulating Process: The sawdust is physically extruded into rod-shaped pellets through the pellet machine.

4. Packaging Process: The finished pellets are conveyed to an 80m³ simple cooler, which was locally built and welded by the buyer. Beneath the simple cooler, there is a small pellet packaging machine. It can pack 15 to 50 kilograms of pellets per bag.
