Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 5-6 tons per hour log pellets installed by TONY for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is logs, the moisture is about 35%, the customer ordered two sets of TYJ-760 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 160kw, the main processing process: crushing, fine crushing, drying, pelleting , packaging process

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our chipper - Model TPQ 216 to grind the logs into 35mm-45mm chips

2. Fine Crushing Process: Through the multifunctional hammer mill  -TFQ65-100 model, the 35mm ~ 45mm wood chips are crushed into 10mm ~ 14mm sawdust

3. Drying Process: The wet sawdust raw material with 35% moisture is dried to 15% dry sawdust through the roller sawdust dryer. To meet the requirements of pellet production

4. Pelleting Process: The sawdust is extruded into 6-8mm rod-like particles by  TYJ-760 model

5. Packaging Process: The finished particles are transported to a simple 80m³ cooler, built and welded locally by the buyer. Under the simple cooler, there is a Semi-automatic packing machine, which can pack 15 to 50 kg of particles per bag
