The raw material of the customer is the demolition material wood pallet, the moisture is about 15%. The customer ordered three sets of TYJ-551 pellet machine, the power of which is 132kw. The main processing process is crushing, Fine crushing, pellet machine , Cooling separator and packaging

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our TPC1000 comprehensive crusher to grind the demolition material wood tray into 35mm-45mm wood chips 2.Fine Crushing Process: Through the Dual Shaft Hammer Mill -TFS65*100 model, the 35mm ~ 45mm wood chips are crushed into 10mm ~ 14mm sawdust 3. Pelleting Process: The sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like particles through the TYJ551-II pellet machine 4 Cooling Process: Automatic cooling, through the automatic cooling of Cooling separator to cool the particles, so that the particle gloss is better, not easy to crack, convenient for subsequent packaging 5.
