The raw material of the customer are wooden pallets with nails， the moisture is about 20%, the customer ordered 6 sets of TYJ551-II pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 132kw, the main processing process: crushing, fine crushing, pelleting, cooling, packing process

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive wood chipper --TPC1600 which uses hammer crushing to grind wooden pallets with nails into 35mm-45mm wood chips 2. Fine Crushing Process: Through the Dual Shaft Hammer Mill - model TFS65-100, the 35mm ~ 45mm wood chips are crushed into 10mm ~ 14mm sawdust 3. Pelleting Process: Through the pellet machine TYJ551-II, the sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellet 4. Cooling Process: The finished particles are transported to a simple cooling bin of 100m³, which is built and welded by TONY at the customer's site. 5. Packing Process: Cooled pellets can be connected to a semi-automatic packing machine,each bag can pack 15 to 50 kg of pellets，and the back end of the packing machine is connected to the sewing machine, which can directly seal the packaged particles |
