Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 9-12 tons of wood pallet pellets installed by TONY for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is wooden pallet, and the moisture is about 40%. The customer ordered 3 sets of TYJ-860 pellet machine from us, and the power of each pellet machine is 220kw. The main processing process is crushing, fine crushing, drying and pelleting

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our comprehensive wood chipper --TPC1600 to grind the wooden pallet into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips

2. Fine Crushing Process: Through the Dual Shaft Hammer Mill - model TFS65-100, the wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

3. Drying Process: The drying effect is achieved by rotating the large drying cylinder, and the wet sawdust with about 40% moisture is dried into 10-15% moisture dry sawdust

4. Pelleting Process: Through the TONY Pellet machine TYJ-860, dry sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellets.
