Hello, everyone. Today, I'd like to introduce a wood chip pellet production line installed by TONY for a customer. This production line has an hourly output of 1.5-2 tons.

The customer ordered one TYJ-551 pellet machine from us. Its power is 132KW. The customer's material is tree branches, with a moisture content of about 15%. The main processing procedures include: crushing, granulation, and packaging.

1. Crushing Process: The multi-functional crusher grinds the tree branches into sawdust with a particle size of 10mm-14mm.

2. Granulation Process: Through the pellet machine, the sawdust is physically extruded into rod-shaped pellets.

3. Packaging Process: The finished pellets are conveyed to an 80m³ simple cooler. Under the simple cooler, there is a small pellet packaging machine, which can pack 15-50 kilograms of pellets per bag.
