Hello everyone,  today we introduce a complete production line of 20-25 tons of hay pellets per hour that TONY has installed for a  customer.

The raw material of the customer is bales of hay,  and the moisture is about 20%. The customer ordered 8 sets of TYJ-760 Pellet machine,  the power of which is 160kw. The main processing process is crushing, fine crushing and pelleting

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our straw rotary cutter --TPX-3000 to grind the bales of hay into 60-70mm hay Pieces

2. Fine Crushing Process:  Through the effective hammer mill - model TFD1600-500KW, the 60-70mm hay pieces are crushed into 10mm ~ 14mm hay dust.

3. Pelleting Process:  Through 8 sets of TYJ-760 Pellet machine, the hay is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellets
