Hello everyone, today we introduce a complete production line of 4-5 tons Wet timber &wood pallet pellets installed by TONY for the customer.

The raw materials of the customer are wet wood and wooden pallets, and the moisture is about 40%. The customer has ordered two sets of TYJ-551 pellet machine with a power of 132kw. The main processing processes include crushing, fine crushing, drying, storage, pelleting and cooling

The customer chose our new stainless steel 304 pellet machine. TONY's new generation of pelleting machine uses the lower stripping system 304 stainless steel material.   After  pelleting,  customers use the tony Pellets Swinging Screen to better screen impurities and ensure the high quality of biomass  pellets. After the sawdust is dried, the customer adds the storage process, The advantage of this storage silo is that the material is galvanized, corrosion resistance,  and hydraulic system control, which can accurately control the conveying amount and conveying speed of materials

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses our TPC1300-600 comprehensive chipper to grind the wet wood and wooden pallets into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips

2.Fine Crushing Process: Use Dual Shaft Hammer Mill TFS65*100 to crush wet wood chips from 35mm to 45mm into wet sawdust from 10mm to 14mm

3. Drying Process: Use 1.8*18m rotary drum dryer to dry the wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm, and dry the sawdust moisture to about 10-15% to meet the requirements of granulation.

4. Storage Process: Customers choose to use our large galvanized hydraulic silo for storage after drying sawdust. 

5 Pelleting Process: Two sets of 304 stainless steel TYJ-551-132kw pelleting machine are used to physically extrudate dry sawdust into 6-8mm rod-like particles. 

6.Cooling Process: The finished pellet are transported to a simple 80m³ cooler, built and welded locally by the buyer, which can access the packaging equipment below
