The customer's raw material is Caragana branches, the moisture is about 15%, the customer ordered our 4 sets of TYJ-760 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 160kw, the main processing process: Fine crushing, pelleting, cooling, packing process

1 Fine Crushing Process: Through the Dual Shaft Hammer Mill -TFS65*100 model, the 35mm ~ 45mm caragana branches is crushed into 10mm ~ 14mm caragana dust.This is the first step in the processing of biomass pellets 2. Pelleting Process: The caragana dust is extruded into 6-8mm rod-like particles by the pellet machine TYJ-760 model.This is the most critical step in the processing of biomass pellets. 3. Cooling Process: The caragana pellets temperature just finished is high, and the automatic air cooling is carried out by the Cooling separator to reduce the pellets temperature to about 15-30℃.The cooled biomass particles are more beautiful and not easy to break, which can ensure the quality of biomass pellets. 4. Packing Process: The cooled pellets are directly transported to the semi-automatic packing machine, which can pack 15 to 50 kg /bags.It can be chose for sew machine or hot seal machine for different raw materials of bags,Confirm with TONY for the price difference.Packaged pellets are easier to store and transport. |
