Hello everyone,  today we introduce a complete 2.5-3 tons per hour dry wood pellet production line installed by TONY for the customer.

The raw material of the customer is dry wood, the moisture is about 15%,  the customer ordered one of our TYJ-760 pellet machine,  the power of the pellet machine is 160kw, the main processing process:  crushing, fine crushing, pelleting, cooling, packaging process

1. Crushing Process: The buyer uses TONY comprehensive chipper to grind the wood into 35mm-45mm wood chips

2. Fine Crushing Process: The wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

3.Pelleting Process:Through the pellet machine, the sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like pellets

4. Cooling Process:  The pellets that have just been processed have a high temperature,  and need to be cooled by a cooling separator to reduce the particle temperature to about 15-30 ° C

5. Packaging Process:  The cooled particles pass through the Semi-automatic packing machine, each bag can pack 15 to 50 kg of pellets
