Hello everyone,  today we introduce a complete rubber wood pellet production line of 25-30 tons per hour installed by TONY for the  customer.

The raw material of the customer is rubber wood, the moisture is about 40%,  the customer ordered 10 sets of TYJ-760 pellet machine, the power of a single pellet machine is 160kw, 4 sets dual shaft hammer mills, 4 sets rotary drum dryers, the main processing process: crushing, fine crushing, drying,pelleting, cooling.

1. Crushing Process:  The buyer uses our  comprehensive chipper --TPC1600 to grind the wet rubber wood into 35mm-45mm wet wood chips

2. Fine Crushing:Through dual shaft hammer mill - Model TFS65-100,  the wet wood chips of 35mm ~ 45mm are crushed into wet sawdust of 10mm ~ 14mm

3. Drying Process:  The wet sawdust with water content of 30-40% is dried to about 10-15% dry sawdust by a large dryer. This production line  designs 4 dryers for customers to meet the production demand

4. Pelleting Process:  Through TYJ-760 pellet machine, dry sawdust is physically extruded into 6-8mm rod-like wood pellets
