1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

The core principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment is to convert low-moisture dry straw into high-density, easy-to-store solid pellet fuel through raw material pretreatment and high-pressure extrusion molding. The core difference is that it does not require a complicated drying process compared to wet straw equipment.

2. Characteristics of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Vertical feeding and centrifugal distribution: The vertical feeding design is used in conjunction with a rotating pressure wheel to achieve uniform material distribution and complete pelletizing in one step.

1. Solving the Problem of Straw Burning:

Processing previously polluting straw (approximately 200 million tons are burned annually in my country) into pellets reduces PM2.5 and sulfur dioxide emissions by over 90%, improving regional air quality and avoiding the risk of environmental penalties.

1. Pls confirm what is your raw material first?

Raw material of  TONY pellet machine can be all kinds of biomass which can be burned directly.

2. Pls confirm what is the size of your raw material?

If your raw material is wood log or wood pallets which size is big,then you will need wood chipper.

If your raw material is wood chips then you will need the hammer mill.

3. ls your raw material wet or dried?

The best raw material before pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with moisture 10-15%,If your raw material is dried,then you will also need the dryer.

4. After that ,pls confirm what is the capacity do you need per hour for the finished pellets?

5. Will you need the pellets cooler?

The temperature after the pellet machine will be about 70-80℃,it is better to use pellets cooler to cool down pellets  from 80℃ to 20-30℃ for quality pellets
