1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment
Straw biomass pellet processing equipment is used to chop and compress bundled or baled straw and other biomass materials into pellet fuel. The equipment works by first using a crusher to break the straw into small pieces approximately 5 cm in diameter. The crusher then grinds the crushed straw into sawdust with a particle size of 4-14 mm. This sawdust is then pressed and formed in a pelletizer to produce pelletized biomass fuel that meets quality standards.t.

Sulfur dioxide emissions during combustion are less than 50 mg/m³ and nitrogen oxide emissions are less than 200 mg/m³, significantly lower than coal (sulfur dioxide emissions are approximately 2000 mg/m³), and it complies with the EU EN14961 standard for biomass pellets.
2. High Calorific Value:
With a low calorific value of approximately 16-18 MJ/kg (equivalent to 0.6-0.7 kg of standard coal), it can meet the needs of industrial boilers and residential heating.
