The core principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment is to convert low-moisture dry straw into high-density, easy-to-store solid pellet fuel through raw material pretreatment and high-pressure extrusion molding. The core difference is that it does not require a complicated drying process compared to wet straw equipment.

1.Raw material advantages:

Dry straw is widely available at extremely low cost, primarily from corn, wheat, and rice-producing areas. The purchase price is low, and in some areas, it is even available free (farmers need to process the straw and are willing to sell it at a low price). The raw material supply is stable and unaffected by international market fluctuations.

2.Market advantages:

Downstream demand is robust and continues to grow. On the one hand, the "coal-to-biomass" policy in rural northern China is driving demand for residential heating. On the other hand, industrial boilers (such as those in food and textile factories) need to replace coal to meet emission standards, making biomass pellets a preferred choice.

1. Environmentally friendly and recyclable:

The raw material is dry agricultural waste straw, avoiding air pollution caused by straw burning. No chemical additives are used during combustion (it relies on its own lignin for bonding), resulting in far lower sulfur dioxide and dust emissions than coal. The ash contains potassium, calcium, and other elements, allowing it to be directly returned to the field as organic fertilizer, completing the "raw material - energy - fertilizer" ecological cycle.

2. Convenient storage and transportation:

The density of loose dry straw is only 50-80 kg/m³, but after being pelletized, the density increases to 1100-1300 kg/m³, significantly reducing the volume and saving storage space. The pellets have a regular shape, are dust-free, and are not prone to scattering. They can be transported by ordinary trucks, reducing transportation costs by over 70% compared to bulk straw. They are also compatible with automated feeding equipment (such as boilers and biomass furnaces).

3. Strong economic efficiency and wide application:

The raw material cost is extremely low, and the unit heat cost is lower than that of natural gas, liquefied gas and other energy sources. It is very attractive for scenarios such as civil heating, industrial boilers (food factories, textile factories), and biomass power generation. The market demand is rigid and stable.
