1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment
The dry straw pellet processing equipment uses dry straw as raw material. First, the bundled straw is broken into pieces by a crusher and initially crushed. 1. Clean and environmentally friendly:
The sulfur content is only 1/10 that of coal, and SO₂ and smoke emissions during combustion are far below national standards, with flue gas blackness below Ringelmann Grade 1. The ash content is 7.99%, only 30% of that of coal with the same calorific value.
2. Highly efficient and energy-saving:
After compression, it has a high density, low moisture content (1-3%), and a volatile matter content of 83.61%. It is highly flammable and has minimal heat loss during combustion, making it suitable for retrofitting coal-fired boilers, tea baths, and other equipment.
3. Economical and practical:
Compared to oil and gas, it offers significant operating cost savings. The raw material (straw) is widely available, and after processing, its volume is reduced, saving storage space.
4. Safe and sustainable:
It contains no flammable or explosive components, eliminating the risk of poisoning or explosion during use. The ash from combustion can be used as fertilizer, creating a "planting-fuel-fertilizer" cycle.
