1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

The core advantage of  dried straw processing equipment lies in its simplified process, reduced energy consumption, and reduced equipment complexity. After being crushed, the raw material enters the pelletizing chamber directly. The pellets are then formed by a pressing wheel and die. The pellets are discharged through the die holes and cut. The finished product is then cooled and packaged.

2. Characteristics of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Environmental protection and energy saving: Biomass pellet fuel contains the lowest sulfur, nitrogen and ash content, which meets the clean fuel index. 1. Energy Pellets:

High Efficiency, Low Energy Consumption: With a combustion efficiency exceeding 85% (50% for loose straw and 70% for coal), stable calorific value (15-18 MJ/kg), and precise temperature control, they are suitable for industrial boilers and heating applications. Costs are 10%-20% lower than coal and 30%-40% lower than natural gas, significantly reducing energy costs.

2. Feed Pellets:

Nutritionally Controllable: Through conditioning and the addition of molasses and soybean meal, palatability is improved (cattle and sheep feed intake increases by 20%-30%), crude fiber digestibility increases by 15%-20%, and average daily weight gain for fattening cattle increases by 0.3-0.5 kg.
