1. The working principle of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of dry bagasse pellet processing equipment is to squeeze dry bagasse into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass bagasse raw material falls vertically from the feed port, and the rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which produces physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The pellets are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port, and the pellet pressing process is completed.

How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from dried bagasse?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

A. This process is mainly used to storage the bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and Bagasse in it is not easy to be blocked.
