1. The working principle of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment
The core principle of processing sugarcane bagasse into biomass pellets is to control material properties through pretreatment, synergizing mechanical and thermal effects to fully utilize the inherent components of the raw material and achieve dense molding. Essentially, this is a physical and chemical process that transforms loose sugarcane bagasse into high-density, highly stable fuel pellets. This process can be divided into three key stages: pretreatment, core molding, and post-processing.

1. Core Process Flow: Pretreatment (crushing to a particle size of 2-5 mm) → Pelletizing (ring die pelletizer, density 1.1-1.3 g/cm³) → Cooling (countercurrent cooling to ≤30°C) → Screening and Packaging.
2. Equipment Maturity: Mainstream equipment (such as pulverizers and ring die pelletizers) is manufactured by professional manufacturers (such as China's Tony Company) and can be flexibly configured to meet production capacity requirements. Core Advantages
1. Environmentally Friendly and Clean:
Sulfur dioxide emissions during combustion are less than 50 mg/m³ and nitrogen oxide emissions are less than 200 mg/m³, significantly lower than coal (sulfur dioxide emissions are approximately 2000 mg/m³), and it complies with the EU EN14961 standard for biomass pellets.
