1. The working principle of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

The biomass pellet machine is a core device that converts dry sugarcane bagasse and other agricultural and forestry waste into high-density, easy-to-store fuel. Its working principle revolves around the four core links of "raw material pretreatment - extrusion molding - heating and curing - cutting molding". Through the combination of mechanical force and physical and chemical effects, the sugarcane bagasse is transformed from loose material into standardized pellets.

2. Characteristics of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

1Environmental characteristics     

(1) Low pollution emissions: The sulfur and phosphorus content during combustion is extremely low, and the concentration of SO₂ and NOx in the flue gas is much lower than that of coal. It will not produce acid rain, and CO₂ emissions are zero (because plants absorb CO₂ during their growth).
