1. The working principle of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment
The biomass pellet machine is a core device that converts dry sugarcane bagasse and other agricultural and forestry waste into high-density, easy-to-store fuel. Its working principle revolves around the four core links of "raw material pretreatment - extrusion molding - heating and curing - cutting molding". Through the combination of mechanical force and physical and chemical effects, the sugarcane bagasse is transformed from loose material into standardized pellets.
2. Characteristics of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

3. Application scenarios of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment
The core advantages of sugarcane bagasse pellets as fuel are "low carbon, low cost, and stable source". (1) Sugar mills produce a large amount of fresh sugarcane bagasse (about 40%-60% moisture) during the sugar-making season:After being processed into pellets, they can be directly used as boiler fuel to provide steam for sugar-making and sugar-making processes, or to generate electricity through biomass generators to meet the sugar mill's own electricity needs, and the excess electricity can be connected to the grid. This "supplying sugarcane bagasse to the factory" model can reduce the sugar mill's dependence on coal and natural gas.
