1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

Straw biomass pellet processing equipment transforms straw (such as corn straw and wheat straw) into high-density, regularly shaped biomass pellet fuel through a series of physical processes. This process relies on mechanical compression and the natural bonding of lignin, eliminating the need for additional adhesives. (1) Low pollution emissions: The sulfur and phosphorus content during combustion is extremely low, and the SO₂ and NOx concentrations in the flue gas are much lower than those of coal. It will not produce acid rain, and the CO₂ emissions are zero (because plants absorb CO₂ during their growth).
