1. The working principle of dried sunflower husk biomass pellet processing equipment
The principle of the dried Sunflower Husk Pellet equipment is to physically compress dried sunflower seed shells into pellets. During the pelleting process, the biomass dried sunflower seed shell raw material falls vertically into the feed port. After the rotation of the pressure rollers, the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold cavity. Under the crushing of the pressure rollers, the powdery material passes through the holes of the mold. During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which produces physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, causing the powdery material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. Then, the pellets are cut by the cutting blade and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the pelleting process is completed.
