1. The working principle of dried sunflower husk biomass pellet processing equipment
The core working principle of equipment for processing dried sunflower husks into biomass pellets is to convert sunflower husks into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment, mechanical extrusion molding, and post-processing, without the need for binders, utilizing the material's own lignin to soften and bind the pellets.
(1) Ring Die: The die diameter determines the pellet size (commonly 6-12mm). The ring die is stationary while the pressure roller rotates, resulting in a centrifugal and uniform distribution of the material.
(2) Pressure Roller: Provides extrusion pressure, generating heat through friction with the die to promote lignin softening. High-alloy wear-resistant materials are used; some models allow the pressure roller to be repaired 2-3 times, extending its lifespan.
