How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from dried bagasse?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

1. Use TONY effective hammer mill to crush the slightly larger bagasse into 8-14 mm bagasse.If customer has enough Investment budget,he can also chose TONY Special Cutting Machine for bagasse which will be more expensive than the hammer mill.

2.Bagasse Storage Process:

A. This process is mainly used to storage the bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and Bagasse in it is not easy to be blocked. 

B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the bagasse  that comes out of  the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the Bagasse on the ground directly which may need some labour.

1. Stable and Controllable Combustion:

The pellets have a regular shape (typically 6-8mm in diameter and 10-30mm in length) and uniform density, making them less prone to coking during combustion (bagasse has a loose fiber structure and a high ash melting point). The flame is stable, and thermal efficiency can reach over 85% (higher than the 30%-40% achieved with loosely burned bagasse). The boiler's feed control system allows precise adjustment of feed volume, achieving "heating on demand" to meet diverse load requirements, such as industrial production and centralized heating. 

2. Widely applicable scenarios:

Industrial: It can replace coal for boiler heating in sugar refineries, paper mills, and food processing plants, or serve as fuel for biomass power plants (the "sugarcane - sugar production - bagasse pellets - power generation/heating" cycle is widely used in production areas such as Guangxi and Yunnan).

Pellets require no pre-treatment such as crushing and screening and are fed directly into the burner via an automated loading system, reducing manual labor. Furthermore, their high ignition point (approximately 250°C, higher than coal's 200°C) makes them less susceptible to spontaneous combustion, and poses lower safety risks during storage and use than loose coal and biomass pellets (such as wood pellets).
