1. The working principle of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

The core principle of processing sugarcane bagasse into biomass pellets is to control material properties through pretreatment, synergizing mechanical and thermal effects to fully utilize the inherent components of the raw material and achieve dense molding. Essentially, this is a physical and chemical process that transforms loose sugarcane bagasse into high-density, highly stable fuel pellets. This process can be divided into three key stages: pretreatment, core molding, and post-processing.

2. Characteristics of dried bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Full-process integration capability: The crushing and pelletizing equipment forms a continuous production line, covering the crushing, milling, drying, pelletizing, cooling and other links of the raw materials. It is suitable for the production of biomass pellets from a variety of biomass raw materials such as bamboo, straw, sawdust, and bagasse.
