The core principle of wood pellet processing equipment, such as wood pellet mills, is to convert biomass feedstock into high-density pellet fuel through mechanical compression. The basic process involves three steps: pelletizing, cooling, and packaging. For example, in a ring die pellet mill, a motor connected to a reducer via a coupling drives the ring die. The feedstock enters the compression zone under gravity, where rollers squeeze the material into the ring die holes. After the pellets are formed in the die, they are cut into fixed lengths by a cutter.

Clear requirements for raw material pretreatment: The moisture content of the raw materials must be controlled at 10%-15% (too high a moisture content can easily cause adhesion and mold clogging, while too low a moisture content will result in insufficient pellet strength), and the particle size is usually required to be 1-3mm.
(2) Modularization of core equipment and continuous production process
Modular combination: A typical production line consists of "granulation equipment (forming) → cooling equipment (cooling) → screening equipment (screening) → packaging equipment". Each module can be flexibly increased or decreased according to production capacity requirements (for example, for small production lines, some auxiliary equipment can be omitted).

Environmental Advantages: Low Pollution, Carbon Neutrality, and Policy Compliance
Extremely Low Emissions: No black smoke during combustion; sulfur dioxide emissions are only 0.005-0.01 g/m³ (far lower than 0.1-0.3 g/m³ for coal), nitrogen oxide emissions are <50 mg/m³, and particulate matter emissions are <10 mg/m³. These all meet the "Special Emission Limits" in the National Standard for Boiler Air Pollutant Emission (GB 13271-2014), eliminating the need for complex flue gas treatment equipment.

The CO2 released during combustion is reabsorbed by newly planted trees, creating a carbon cycle.
