1. The working principle of dried sawdust biomass pellet processing equipment
The working principle of dry sawdust pelletizing equipment (with the wood pelletizer as its core component) involves four key processes: "raw material pretreatment → extrusion molding → cutting and sizing → cooling and screening". Through these processes, loose, low-density dry sawdust is compressed into high-density, uniform cylindrical pellets. The core driving force is the high temperature and pressure generated by mechanical extrusion, which softens the lignin in the sawdust, allowing it to act as a binder, thus enabling physical pelletizing without the need for any external binders.

Energy consumption is controllable, and the recycling system reprocesses any substandard pellets, achieving a raw material utilization rate of over 95%, minimizing waste.
(3) Broad adaptability and flexible operation: It can process dry sawdust with a moisture content of 8-15% and particle size ≤5mm, as well as crushed branches and straw, accommodating various raw materials. Pellet specifications can be flexibly adjusted by changing the die ring and adjusting the blade spacing, meeting diverse needs for fuel, feed, etc.
(4)High-quality finished products and stable operation: The produced pellets have a compressive strength of ≥100N/pellet, making them durable and easy to store and transport. The feeding system ensures even material flow, and the cooling system rapidly cools the pellets, preventing clogging and clumping, ensuring stable, continuous operation suitable for large-scale production.
3. Application scenarios of dried sawdust biomass pellet processing equipment
