1. The working principle of  wet straw biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of wet straw pellet processing equipment is to squeeze wet straw into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass straw raw material falls vertically from the feed port, and the rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. Under the rolling of the pressing roller, the powdered material passes through the hole of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which produces physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body, and then the pellets are cut by the cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the pellet pressing process is completed.

3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the straw dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  B.Capacity: 9-10.5Ton/Hour.
