3.Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the straw dust from 30-35% to 10-15%. B.Capacity: 1-1.5 Ton/Hour.

The core attributes of straw biomass pellets: Why they can replace traditional fuels
Its physical and combustion characteristics determine its advantages for use, which are distinct from loose straw and fossil fuels.
1. Physical properties: High density, easy storage and transportation
The density can reach 1.1-1.3g/cm³, which is 15-20 times that of loose straw (0.05-0.08g/cm³), significantly reducing the volume. The same warehouse can store more fuel, and the storage cost is reduced by more than 80%.
The particle shape is regular (diameter 6-12mm, length 5-20mm), without dust scattering, and can be transported by ordinary trucks, with transportation efficiency increased by 3-5 times compared to loose straw, and transportation cost reduced by 60%.
2. Combustion properties: High efficiency, low pollution
The combustion efficiency is over 85%, much higher than loose straw (about 50%), and the temperature during combustion is stable, suitable for industrial boilers, drying, etc. that require high temperature.
