1. The working principle of  wet straw biomass pellet processing equipment

The core principle of wet straw pellet processing equipment is to convert biomass raw materials into high-density pellet fuel through mechanical compression. Its basic process includes three steps: raw material pretreatment, mechanical compression and finished product processing.

3.Drying Process:

1. Renewable Energy

Straw is a green plant and a renewable energy source. It uses solar energy through photosynthesis to convert CO₂ and water into biomass. When burned, straw releases CO₂ and water. Biomass is renewable as long as there is sunlight. Theoretically, biomass energy can achieve zero CO₂ emissions, significantly contributing to climate change control. Biomass raw materials such as straw and rice husks can be processed into high-calorie, high-density pellet fuels, which can be used to replace fossil fuels such as coal and oil, and are internationally recognized as clean energy. Biomass fuels themselves contain extremely low sulfur content, less than 1/10 of that of coal, and produce very little SO₂. They are a natural, renewable energy source that is inexhaustible and suitable for my country's sustainable development strategy.

2. Low-Pollution Fuel

Pellets made primarily from straw are low-pollution. According to tests conducted by the Liaoning Boiler Product Performance and Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, this fuel has an ash content of 7.99%, a sulfur content of 0.07%, and a combustible volatile matter content of 83.61%. This represents a 70% reduction in ash content compared to coals of similar low calorific value, and approximately a 90% reduction in sulfur content compared to low-sulfur coal (1%). Furthermore, tests conducted on boilers burning straw fuel revealed SO₂ emissions of only 32 m³/m³ and smoke dust levels of less than 50 mg/m³. Furthermore, because straw fuel has an oxygen content three to four times greater than coal and contains fewer heavy hydrocarbons, it burns efficiently, achieving a flue gas blackness below Ringelmann Grade 1.
