1. The working principle of dried straw biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Pretreatment:

Dried straw is collected, dried, and crushed under certain temperature and pressure.

(2) Compression molding:

Special biomass solidification molding equipment is used to squeeze the pretreated dry straw into regular, dense rod-shaped, block-shaped, or granular fuel.

3.Straw Dust Storage Process:

A. This process is mainly used to storage the straw dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage silo which is more stable and straw dust in it is not easy to be blocked.

1. Outstanding environmental attributes and strong policy compatibility

Using agricultural waste (dry straw) as a raw material, it replaces traditional coal combustion, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by over 60%, significantly reducing nitrogen oxide and dust emissions, and complying with national "dual carbon" policies and environmental protection requirements.

The ash produced after combustion contains elements such as potassium and calcium and can be directly returned to the fields as organic fertilizer, achieving a "raw material-energy-fertilizer" cycle with zero secondary pollution.

2. Convenient storage and transportation, high practicality

The density of loose dry straw is only approximately 50-80 kg/m³, but after pelletization, it can reach 1100-1300 kg/m³, reducing its volume and saving over 90% of storage space.

The pellets have a regular shape, are dust-free, and are not easily scattered. They can be transported by ordinary trucks, reducing transportation costs by over 70% compared to bulk straw and facilitating automated feeding (e.g., into boilers and biomass furnaces).

They are suitable for both residential and industrial applications, including direct heating in rural wall-mounted boilers and household cooking. They can also be used as fuel for industrial boilers (food, textile, and chemical industries) and biomass power plants. They can also be used as ruminant feed, adjusted to meet specific needs.

1. Solving the Problem of Straw Burning:
