1. The working principle of dried sunflower husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The material is shaped by the interaction of extrusion pressure and die friction between the mold and the pressure roller. Dried sunflower husk processing equipment requires no additives or binders during processing, and it strengthens cell walls and binds cellulose. Lignin is mainly distributed insoluble in any solvent at room temperature, has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a certain level, lignin softens, its binding force increases, and under certain pressure, it shapes the material.

1. High-efficiency combustion and high calorific value: 

Dried sunflower husk biomass pellets have a high calorific value during combustion. Due to their high density and high combustion efficiency, the core temperature can reach a high level during combustion, with a calorific value of 3700-4000 kcal per kilogram, providing sufficient heat for heating, power generation, and other applications.15

2. Clean and environmentally friendly: 

Dried sunflower husk biomass pellets produce low pollution during combustion, with dust concentration less than 40 mg/m³ and sulfur dioxide emissions only 1/15 that of coal and 1/7 that of oil.
