1. The working principle of dried sunflower husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The pellet mill is the core equipment, and its working principle is based on the extrusion of material by the pressure rollers and the die. When the material is fed into the pellet mill, the motor drives the main shaft through a gearbox or reducer, and the main shaft drives the pressure rollers to rotate. During the rotation of the pressure rollers, the material is squeezed into the holes of the die. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the lignin in the sawdust softens, and its cellulose molecular clusters are misaligned, deformed, and extended. Adjacent biomass pellets interlock with each other, thus automatically forming the pellets without the need for binders.

Due to their high density and high combustion efficiency, the core temperature can reach a high level during combustion, with a calorific value of 3700-4000 kcal per kilogram, providing sufficient heat for heating, power generation, and other applications.15

2. Clean and environmentally friendly:

Dried sunflower husk biomass pellets produce low pollution during combustion, with dust concentration less than 40 mg/m³ and sulfur dioxide emissions only 1/15 that of coal and 1/7 that of oil.
