The principles of EFB biomass pellet processing equipment always revolve around the two core elements of "adapting to raw material characteristics" and "improving pellet quality":

3.Palm Dust Storage Process:
A. This process is mainly used to storage the palm dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and palm dust in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the palm dust that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the palm dust on the ground directly which may need some labour.

4.Wet Palm Dust Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm dust from 40% to 10-15%.

C.TONY use 2 sets of 2.8*24m rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame. Raw material basis for EFB biomass pellet processing projects
1. Stable Source and Low Cost: EFB is a core waste product of palm oil processing. Every ton of palm fruit processed produces approximately 0.2-0.25 tons of fresh EFB (60%-75% moisture). The raw material supply is extremely abundant.
2. Procurement Method: Primarily purchased from palm oil mills. In many cases, to avoid contamination from EFB stockpiles, mills will provide EFB for free or at a low price. Mills only cover transportation costs, with a recommended transportation radius of ≤30 kilometers to control costs.
3. Raw Material Characteristics: Contains cellulose (40%-45%), hemicellulose (25%-30%), and lignin (15%-20%). Lignin acts as a natural binder, eliminating the need for artificial binders in pelleting, reducing processing costs.

The performance characteristics of EFB biomass pellets enable them to cover the full range of scenarios, from industrial heating to residential heating to biomass power generation. They can flexibly replace various fossil fuels, including coal, natural gas, and diesel, offering strong application compatibility.
1. Strong adaptability to industrial scenarios: As a boiler fuel in palm oil mills, cement plants, and food factories, they can directly replace coal or natural gas. Palm oil mills can use EFB to "power their waste" (processing their own EFB into pellets to power palm fruit steaming and oil refining). Food factories can also use EFB pellets, which are odorless and impurity-free, to avoid product contamination and meet food-grade production environment requirements.

Highly Convenient for Civilian Use: As fuel for home heating and fireplaces, the pellets are standardized and cylindrical, allowing for unattended combustion via the fireplace's automatic loading mechanism (no frequent refilling required). They produce no black smoke or pungent odor, and indoor PM2.5 emissions are ≤50μg/m³ (PM2.5 from firewood combustion can reach over 1000μg/m³), improving the living environment and making them particularly suitable for residential use in high-altitude areas of Europe and Southeast Asia.

Compatible with Power Generation: As the core fuel for biomass power plants or as a blending fuel in coal-fired power plants (with a blending ratio of 10%-30%), the pellets offer a stable calorific value (fluctuation ≤5%), ensuring stable generator operation.
