1. The working principle of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment
The core principle of EFB pellet processing equipment (such as pellet mills) is to convert biomass feedstock into high-density pellet fuel through mechanical compression. The basic process involves three steps: feedstock pretreatment (crushing, grinding, and drying), mechanical compression, and finished product processing (cooling and packaging). For example, in a ring die pellet mill, a motor connected to a reducer via a coupling drives the ring die. Feedstock enters the compression zone under gravity, where compression rollers squeeze the material into the ring die holes. After forming the pellets in the die, a cutter cuts them into pellets of fixed lengths.

3.Wet Palm Dust Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm dust from 40% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:2-2.5 Ton/Hour.
C.TONY use 1 set of 1.8*12m rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame. The main process flow of palm particles includes the following steps:
Collection Of Raw Materials:First of all, we need to collect the shell of the palm fruit. After eating the pulp, the shell is bought by the merchants specializing in buying the shell and transported to the factory. In the factory, raw materials need to be sorted to remove impurities .
Crushing Process:The palm nut shell is large in volume and needs to be broken first. Use a crusher to break the palm shell into small pieces, usually 10-20 mm in size .
Drying Moisture:The crushed palm nut shell contains moisture and needs to be removed by a dryer. The dried material can be better used as fuel .
Pelletizing:the dried palm nut shell particles are sent to the pelletizing machine, and the biomass particles are made into 1 through the pelletizing process.

In Southeast Asian countries, such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, there is a large number of palm trees.
