1. The working principle of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of the wet EFB pellet processing equipment is to squeeze the wet EFB into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass sawdust raw material falls vertically from the feed port. The rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. Under the rolling of the pressing roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The pellets are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the pellet pressing process is completed.

2. Characteristics of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment

(4)Highly automated and easy to operate, it monitors parameters such as raw material moisture, pelletizing temperature, and output in real time, automatically adjusting drying time, feed rate, roller speed, and other parameters to minimize manual intervention.

3. Application scenarios of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Pulp and Paper Industry: Wet palm fruit bunch (EFB) pellet processing equipment effectively removes residual oil, fruit particles, and non-fibrous skin components from palm fruit bunches (EFBs), which are detrimental to pulping. 3.Wet Palm Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm dust  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:1.5-2 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1 set of 1.6*12m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace
