1. The working principle of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment
The principle of the wet EFB pellet processing equipment is to squeeze the wet EFB into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass sawdust raw material falls vertically from the feed port. The rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. Under the rolling of the pressing roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The pellets are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the pellet pressing process is completed.
2. Characteristics of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment

3. Application scenarios of wet EFB biomass pellet processing equipment

3.Wet Palm Dust Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm dust from 40% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:1.5-2 Ton/Hour.
