The basic process involves three steps: raw material pretreatment (crushing, pulverizing, and drying), mechanical compression, and finished product processing (cooling and packaging). Raw materials enter the compression zone under gravity, where compression rollers squeeze the material into the ring die holes. A. This process is mainly used to storage the bamboo dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and bamboo dust in it is not easy to be blocked.

4.Bamboo Dust Drying Process:

1. Excellent environmental performance and low carbon emissions
Carbon neutrality: Bamboo pellet fuel is derived from bamboo processing waste (such as bamboo chips and bamboo strips) and is a biomass energy source. The carbon dioxide absorbed during plant growth is roughly balanced by the carbon dioxide released during combustion, making it a "carbon neutral" energy source and significantly reducing its contribution to the greenhouse effect.
Low pollutant emissions: Compared with coal, the content of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced by bamboo pellet combustion is extremely low (usually far below environmental standards), and the dust emission is also low, effectively reducing air pollution and meeting increasingly stringent environmental regulations.
2. Wide sources of raw materials and controllable costs
(1) Abundant raw materials: The main raw materials are scraps, bamboo chips, bamboo strips, and brushed materials generated during bamboo processing. These materials are obtained and stable in bamboo chopstick factories, furniture factories, and bamboo board factories. They can even be "turned into treasure" to reduce the impact of landfill or incineration on the environment.
(2) Cost advantage: The raw materials are mostly industrial waste, and the procurement cost is relatively low. 3. High combustion efficiency and high energy utilization efficiency
(1) High density: Bamboo pellets are compressed and molded, and their density is significantly higher than that of logs or sawdust (usually 1.1-1.3 tons/cubic meter). They are not easy to loosen during combustion, the combustion state is stable, and the flame lasts. High thermal efficiency (usually more than 85%, while bulk firewood is only 40%-50%).
(2) Stable combustion: The pellets are regular in shape and uniform in size, which is convenient for automated feeding and combustion control. They can be precisely adjusted with the matching pellet stove to reduce energy waste and are suitable for applications that require a stable heat source.
4. Convenient storage and transportation
Small volume: The volume of compressed pellets is only 1/5-1/8 of the original sawdust, which significantly saves storage space. They can be stored in bags or in bulk, without the need for special storage facilities, and are suitable for various environments such as homes and businesses. Low transportation cost: High density makes the transportation energy per unit volume higher, thereby improving transportation efficiency and reducing transportation costs. In addition, pellets are moisture-proof (some products are treated to prevent moisture), which can minimize losses during transportation.
5. Diverse application scenarios
(1) Civilian use: It can be used for home heating and cooking (for example, using pellet fireplaces and pellet stoves). It is easy to operate and clean, and can replace traditional coal and firewood to improve the indoor environment.

The core value of bamboo biomass pellets lies in their excellent energy supply. Their energy characteristics are reflected in the following aspects:
1. High calorific value and high combustion efficiency
Bamboo fibers have a high density (especially mature bamboo species such as moso bamboo and nanmu bamboo). After compression into pellets, the bulk density can reach 1.1-1.3g/cm³. The low calorific value is generally 18-20MJ/kg (approximately 4300-4800 kcal/kg), approaching that of medium-grade bituminous coal (approximately 20-25MJ/kg) and far exceeding straw pellets (14-16MJ/kg) and wood chip pellets (16-18MJ/kg). The pellets also have a dense structure, allowing for good air circulation during combustion, resulting in a heat conversion rate exceeding 85% and no noticeable black smoke. This avoids the problem of "strong fire but low thermal efficiency" associated with burning loose bamboo.
2. Low combustion residue and high ash utilization rate.
Bamboo has an extremely low ash content (typically only 0.5%-1.5%), far lower than coal (10%-30%) and straw (5%-8%). The resulting ash is small and rich in potassium, silicon, and other elements. It can be directly used as potash fertilizer for farmland or landscaping fertilizer, achieving a "energy-residue-agriculture" cycle and reducing solid waste disposal costs.
