1. The working principle of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

Biomass pellet processing involves converting loose agricultural and forestry waste (such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, and bamboo) into high-density, regularly shaped pellet fuel through a series of physical and mechanical processes. The core process includes three key steps: raw material pretreatment (crushing and pulverization), drying, and forming. Each step requires specialized equipment to transform the material's physical state.

2. Characteristics of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

Wet bamboo pellet processing equipment (i.e., a wood biomass pellet machine and supporting production line) is specifically designed to process wood materials such as sawdust, bamboo, and branches into high-density pellets.

How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from wet bamboo?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

1. Use TONY wood chipper to cut wet bamboo with a diameter of less than 20 cm into bamboo chips 25 - 55 mm in length.

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bamboo dust  from 40% to 10-15%.

1. Excellent environmental performance and low carbon emissions

Carbon neutrality: Bamboo pellet fuel is derived from bamboo processing waste (such as bamboo chips and bamboo strips) and is a biomass energy source. The carbon dioxide absorbed during plant growth is roughly balanced by the carbon dioxide released during combustion, making it a "carbon neutral" energy source and significantly reducing its contribution to the greenhouse effect.

Low pollutant emissions: Compared with coal, the content of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced by bamboo pellet combustion is extremely low (usually far below environmental standards), and the dust emission is also low, effectively reducing air pollution and meeting increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

2. Wide sources of raw materials and controllable costs

(1) Abundant raw materials: The main raw materials are scraps, bamboo chips, bamboo strips, and brushed materials generated during bamboo processing. These materials are obtained and stable in bamboo chopstick factories, furniture factories, and bamboo board factories. They can even be "turned into treasure" to reduce the impact of landfill or incineration on the environment.                                                                                                                           

(2) Cost advantage: The raw materials are mostly industrial waste, and the procurement cost is relatively low. 3. High combustion efficiency and high energy utilization efficiency

(1) High density: Bamboo pellets are compressed and molded, and their density is significantly higher than that of logs or sawdust (usually 1.1-1.3 tons/cubic meter). They are not easy to loosen during combustion, the combustion state is stable, and the flame lasts. High thermal efficiency (usually more than 85%, while bulk firewood is only 40%-50%).

(2) Stable combustion: The pellets are regular in shape and uniform in size, which is convenient for automated feeding and combustion control. They can be precisely adjusted with the matching pellet stove to reduce energy waste and are suitable for applications that require a stable heat source.

4. Convenient storage and transportation

Small volume: The volume of compressed pellets is only 1/5-1/8 of the original sawdust, which significantly saves storage space. They can be stored in bags or in bulk, without the need for special storage facilities, and are suitable for various environments such as homes and businesses.

Low transportation cost: High density makes the transportation energy per unit volume higher, thereby improving transportation efficiency and reducing transportation costs. In addition, pellets are moisture-proof (some products are treated to prevent moisture), which can minimize losses during transportation.

(1) Civilian use: It can be used for home heating and cooking (for example, using pellet fireplaces and pellet stoves). It is easy to operate and clean, and can replace traditional coal and firewood to improve the indoor environment.
