1. The working principle of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

The core logic of processing wet bamboo biomass pellets is "dehydration and conditioning first, followed by compression molding." This requires the coordinated efforts of multiple machines to address the difficulties in processing and looseness caused by bamboo's high fiber content and high moisture content (typically, fresh bamboo has a moisture content of 40%-60%, far exceeding the 10%-15% required for molding). The equipment system can be divided into three modules: "pretreatment unit," "drying unit," and "molding unit."

2. Characteristics of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Mobile and energy-saving design: The crushing equipment supports motor and diesel engine drive, with a compact and movable structure, suitable for outdoor operations; the hammer crusher uses a high-pressure fan and a screen to separate qualified materials, reducing energy consumption while improving crushing efficiency.

(2) Efficient transmission and durability: The bamboo pellet machine uses high-precision gear transmission (efficiency of more than 98%), the ring die quick-release design is easy to replace, the main shaft and gears are heat-treated and strengthened, and the service life is extended, which is suitable for the high-pressure pelletizing needs of high-fiber raw materials such as bamboo chips.

(3) Balance between output and environmental protection: The output of the pellet machine equipment can be adjusted according to the model. The density of the finished pellets reaches 0.9-1.4g/cm³ and the calorific value is 3500-5500 kcal. It can replace coal for power generation and heating, realizing the utilization of biomass energy.

3. Application scenarios of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

Industrial Heating Applications: Industries such as food processing (baking, sterilization), textile dyeing (steam heating), chemical processing (low-temperature reaction heating), and building materials (tile drying) require large amounts of low- to medium-temperature heat (80-300°C).  Biomass pellet boilers can provide stable steam or hot water at a cost that is only 60-70% of natural gas and 40-50% of electricity, making them widely used by small and medium-sized enterprises for cost reduction and emissions control.

Commercial Heating: Large public buildings such as hotels, schools, hospitals, and office buildings can use biomass pellet-fired central heating systems to replace traditional coal-fired boilers, meeting environmental standards (complying with national "ultra-low emission" standards).  Furthermore, the storage space required for pellet fuel is small, and refilling is infrequent.

A.This process is mainly used to grind the bamboo whose diamater is under 35 cm into bamboo chips with size 25-55mm. The finish bamboo chips size can be adjustable by changing different sizes of screeners and adding flying knives inside the wood chipper.

3.Bamboo Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bamboo dust  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:15 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 2 sets of 2.5*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

TONY dryer use spiral tube material, and is not easy to deform.

Unlike other manufacturers with iron plate splicing welding, very easy to deformation.

Outstanding environmental benefits: When biomass pellets are burned, they primarily produce carbon dioxide and water, with extremely low emissions of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter.  Furthermore, because the raw materials absorb carbon dioxide during their growth, the overall lifecycle carbon emissions are nearly zero, making them highly environmentally friendly.

Excellent product characteristics: After processing and shaping, biomass pellets have significantly higher energy density, making them easier to store and transport.  Their regular shape and stable chemical composition result in a stable flame during combustion, with a calorific value generally between 3500 and 5000 kcal/kg and a combustion efficiency of up to 97%.  This makes them suitable for a wide range of heating and power generation applications.
