1. The working principle of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

The processing of wet bamboo biomass pellets requires the collaboration of multiple links such as crushing, drying, and molding. The working principle of its core equipment revolves around material pretreatment and energy conversion. As a key front-end equipment, the bamboo crusher achieves raw material refinement through high-speed impact and screening mechanisms, laying the foundation for subsequent pellet molding. The crushed wet bamboo chips need to be dried to reduce the moisture to 10-15%, and then passed through the bamboo ring die pellet machine for high-pressure molding.

1.Wet Bamboo To Bamboo Chips Process:

A.This process is mainly used to grind the bamboo whose diamater is under 25 cm into bamboo chips with size 25-55mm. The finish bamboo chips size can be adjustable by changing different sizes of screeners and adding flying knives inside the wood chipper.

3.Bamboo Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bamboo dust  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:6-7 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1 set of 2.2*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

TONY dryer use spiral tube material, and is not easy to deform.

1. Pls confirm what the raw material of the TONY pellet machine is first.

The raw material of the TONY pellet machine can be all kinds of biomass which can be burned directly.

2. Pls confirm what the size of your raw material is.

If your raw material is wood logs or wood pallets whose size is big, then you will need a wood chipper.

If your raw material is wood chips, then you will need the hammer mill.

3. Is your raw material dry or wet?

The best raw material before going into the pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with a moisture content of 10-15%. If your raw material is wet, then you will also need the dryer.

4. After that, please confirm what capacity you need per hour for the finished pellets.

TONY can supply a pellet production line from 0.8T/Hour up to 100T/Hour.

5. Will you need the pellet cooler?

The temperature after the pellet machine will be about 70-80℃. It is better to use a pellet cooler to cool down the pellets from 80℃ to 20-30℃ to get quality pellets.

6. Will you need the pellet packing machine?

We have 15-50KG/Bag packing machines and also ton packing machines for you to choose from.

7. Will you need the automatic pellet production line?

If you need the full automatic pellet production line, you will need a storage bin for each process, which will surely add to your total cost.

8. Does the TONY pellet line have stock?

As different customers have different raw materials, the ring die has to be customized according to customer needs.

9. What is the final size of the pellets that the TONY pellet line can make?

The diameter of the finished pellets can be 6-12 mm by changing different hole size ring dies, and the length will be 1-6 cm, which can be adjusted by the cutting knife.
