1. The working principle of dried wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

The dry wood chip pellet processing equipment works by compressing the material into a compacted shape through the extrusion force between the die and rollers and the friction of the die holes. During this process, no additives or binders are required. This equipment effectively converts biomass materials such as dry wood chips into high-density pellet fuel. These pellets can be used in biomass power generation, boilers, fireplaces, and other applications, achieving resource reuse and environmental benefits.

2. Characteristics of dried wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

(1)The motor shaft is directly connected to the gear shaft, which provides stronger power transmission, greater torque resistance, greater stability and lower maintenance rate.

(2)The bearing chamber has been modified, the sealing method has been changed, and the forged and tempered wear-resistant materials have been used to prevent dust from falling into the bearing chamber.
