The wet straw pellet processing equipment uses wet straw as raw material, firstly processes it into sawdust-like raw material that meets the pelleting requirements through crushing and pulverizing equipment, then dries the pulverized material to control the moisture content, and then uses a biomass pellet machine to extrude the dried material into shape, and finally obtains the finished pellets after cooling and packaging. 3.Straw Dust Storage Process:

A. This process is mainly used to storage the straw dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage silo which is more stable and straw dust in it is not easy to be blocked. 

B.TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the straw dust that comes out of  the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the sawdust on the ground directly which may need some labour.

4.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the straw dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  B.Capacity: 28-35 Ton/Hour. 

C.TONY use 5 sets of 2.2*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

1. Economical and Applicable.

Straw processed into pellet fuel has a calorific value of 15,100 to 16,800 kJ/kg and sells for around 450 yuan/ton. This price is 50 to 80 yuan/ton more than coal of the same calorific value (excluding energy savings and pollution fees), and significantly lower than diesel and natural gas. Biomass (pellet) gasification boilers offer significant economic advantages. Replacing oil, gas, or electric boilers can save users significant operating costs. While similar in price to coal, its superior environmental performance and recyclability are unmatched by coal-fired boilers. Due to its high volatility and flammability, straw fuel has a wide range of applications. For example, it can be used directly in coal-fired boilers with a capacity of less than 1 ton/h, tea bath furnaces, and low-temperature kilns for drying and heat treatment. With minor furnace modifications, it can also be used in larger boilers and special-purpose kilns with appropriate measures.
