1. The working principle of wet straw biomass pellet processing equipment
Wet straw biomass pellet processing equipment is used to chop and compress bundled or baled straw and other biomass materials into pellet fuel. Its working principle is to first use a crusher to break the straw into small pieces of about 5 cm. The crusher then grinds the crushed straw into sawdust with a particle size of 4-14 mm. The dryer dries the crushed wet sawdust to a moisture content of between 10-15%. The sawdust is then pressed through a pelletizer to produce pelletized biomass fuel that meets quality standards.
